Update: chat window, skill icons, item grades, cursor

The launcher downloads this update the next time you start the game. If the game is open, close it and start it again.

Fixed

• Chat window: the red filter dots sit beside their icons in the left column again, and the chat text starts right next to the column, for every race.
• Skill icons: passive skills show in blue again, and skills you cannot use right now are dimmed, as in the original game.
• Item grades: an item's grade (I to X) shows after its name again. In the Korean client it showed as two boxes.
• Typing cursor: a thin line again. In the Korean client it showed as a box.
• Crash reports: if the game crashes, its report now says where it happened, so we can fix it faster.
