Client update: gear window fix and more skill keys for Slayers

The launcher downloads this update by itself the next time you start it.

After the mouse passed over your gear, a click on the ? button, the X or the gear window itself could take off the last item it passed over. Fixed.

F6, F7 and F8 are now skill keys for Slayers, as they are for Vampires. Together with F9 to F12 that is 7 skill keys.
F1 to F5 still use belt pockets 1 to 5. Belt pockets 6 to 8 still hold items; use them with a right click.
To put a skill on a key: open the skill window, point at the skill and press the key.
